PRE-ORDERING SHIPPING
Pre-order events will specify shipping details on the product page. In the event the product will take longer to ship, we will notify you immediately via email with options. We always do our best to satisfy customer needs but cannot predict customer demand.
GENERAL SHIPPING
Orders typically ship the same day, but please note that all orders placed after 3:00pm EST will ship next business day. Orders placed Friday after 3:00pm - Sunday will ship out Monday. Transit time from that point is determined by the method of delivery chosen at checkout.
SHIPPING RATES
We provide free shipping for Domestic USA orders via USPS. All other shipping options will be detailed at checkout depending on your location and preference of timing. International orders will require extra postage detailed on the checkout page. Komuso ships out of Fort Lauderdale, FL United States.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / CUSTOMS
Customs and duties are determined by the countries which the products are being imported. Komuso is not responsible for your county’s laws, regulations or taxes. We understand that there may be a significant Value Added Tax imposed when receiving Komuso in the United Kingdom, and most probably other locations. We also understand that certain countries have refused shipments of Komuso. Please note that we are willing to ship to those countries. However, you will be responsible for the purchase price and shipping charges, whether or not the product is stopped at customs. We therefore would ask that you consider having us ship to a friend of yours in the United States.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer easy 30-day returns for customers. All returns must:
Have no signs of wear or damage
Be In its original condition
Be In all original packaging (box, pouch and insert card included) or as it applies to the product purchased.
Please email info@komusodesign.com with your order number to start your return. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Komuso has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
Note, at this time we only provide return labels for domestic USA orders. International orders will require to pay for their own return postage.
