I wanted versatile, beautiful, practical options.
Our necklace was my connection to peace of mind. But when my kids were born, I needed options. And I wasn’t about to sacrifice on the look of it either. I was determined to create a more practical breathing tool that was still elegant, still minimal, still versatile, and still served as a source of calm regardless of the situation.
- Magnetic Clasp
- Surgical-grade stainless steel
- Extends exhale to turn off stress
- Won’t tarnish or chip
Why the Cuff Shift was created >
The benefits of better breathing
Breathing happens automatically, which means we don’t think about it enough. When we don’t think about it, we take shallow breaths, which can agitate our nervous system and leave us in fight-or-flight mode. When we slow our exhale, and stop our shallow breathing, we can lower anxiety, reduce stress, improve sleep, increase focus, and so much more.
The science behind a slower exhale.

How you use it
01
Inhale
Unhook the Cuff Shift as you inhale deeply through only your nose to fill your belly with air.
02
Exhale
Gently exhale through the Shift for 8-10 seconds to release all of the air and toxins from your body.
03
Relax
Relax your jaw and shoulders after you exhale. Focus your thoughts on your breath.
04
Repeat
Repeat this cycle until you feel more calm. Remember: you are not blowing. Try to maintain a normal, albeit slower, exhale.
